  • Individuals in immediate mental health crisis or at high risk
  • Those seeking specialized support for active addictions

How to Apply

  1. Complete the online referral form with your contact details and a brief summary of what brings you to counselling.
  2. Once we receive your form, our clinical team will review your application to ensure our service is the right fit.
  3. We will contact you to arrange an initial assessment appointment with one of our experienced therapists.
What Happens Next?

We aim to process all new referrals within 5 working days. You will be invited for an initial assessment where we can discuss your needs in more depth and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

Fees

Initial Assessment: £25
Weekly Sessions: £20 - £60 (Sliding scale based on household income)

As a charity, we are committed to making our service accessible. Reduced rates can be discussed during your assessment if you are experiencing financial hardship.
