Once we receive your referral, it will be reviewed by our team and you will be contacted regarding the next steps. This will include an initial consultation to help us understand your needs and match you with the most appropriate therapist.
As a charitable organisation, South Bucks Counselling offers therapy at affordable rates. There is a set fee of £45 for the initial consultation. Fees for ongoing therapy sessions will be discussed during your initial consultation and agreed based on your circumstances and therapy needs.
Is South Bucks Counselling right for me?
South Bucks Counselling provides counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Please note: We are unable to provide specialist treatment for severe and enduring mental health conditions or where drug or alcohol dependency is the primary concern.
We are also unable to offer therapy to individuals currently undertaking professional counselling or psychotherapy training courses or those living outside the United Kingdom.
Ongoing therapy takes place weekly, on the same day and at the same time each week.
