Your honesty and generosity enable us to provide life-changing counselling and psychotherapy to those in our community who might otherwise face their struggles alone. Every impact story is a testament to the hope your support creates.
A Path Back to Community
After years of struggling with social anxiety, one individual felt supported enough after six months of subisidised psychotherapy to start volunteering locally, slowly rebuilding their confidence and connection with others.
Strength in the Face of Loss
A local resident found a safe, non-judgemental space to process a deep bereavement. Through talking, they moved away from a period of intense isolation and began to rediscover a sense of peace in their daily life.
Rediscovering Daily Joy
Support for a primary caregiver allowed them to manage burnout and anxiety. They developed an understanding of the need to care for their own wellbeing while continuing with their caregiving role.
