It can feel daunting contacting a counselling service, particularly when you are going through difficult times, but we are here to listen and help.  

Based in the heart of High Wycombe, we are a compassionate, BACP accredited counselling service. We are here for everyone over the age of 18 offering both in person and on line therapy sessions.

Placements & Volunteers 

Are you a trainee who is looking for your training placement or a qualified therapist who would like additional clinical hours?

We offer a professional, confidential and affordable counselling service for anyone struggling with  anxiety, depression, grief, health conditions, stress or a number of other difficult experiences.
